2007 Alhambra Good Friday Service
The 2007 Alhambra Good Friday Service @ Holy Trinity/St. Benedict’s Episcopal Church on April 6, 2007 brought together over 450 people (from over ten churches and various community organizations, neighborhoods, etc.) for this sacred day to reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Many of the churches and individuals that participated contributed to the sacred time of reflection in various ways. Some of the other pastors offered sermons, while other church members provided music, poems, dance, and other expressions of faith. Many children participated in the children's program including a puppet show, craft and Bible story time. It was a blessing to see the diverse expressions of faith and love for Jesus acorss the community. For more info/pics: visit www.kingdomcauses.org (click on Alhambra )
