Parish Annual Meeting Feb 2007- Bible Study & Prayer Groups

Over the last year the Chino Hills bible study group has gone through a course of study focused on the Healing Ministries of Jesus, (from the St. Luke's Healing Ministries Course). Over a period of 10 centuries, inspired hymns of worship were composed and compiled to form the anthology known as the book of Psalms (from the Greek word meanding "a song sung to the accompaniment of a plucked instrument"). The group launched off into exploring the Psalms, exploring their deeper meanings, expressions, and how they can be better used for private or corporate worship. The Downtown LA Bible Study Group which meets every Monday night, has maintained a strong group of study, music, and prayer. They also spent much of the year going through the course of study focused on the Healing Minsitres of Jesus, (From the St. Luke's Healing Ministries Course) with Fr. Rick. Each month was divided two weeks expoloring Jesus and his healing miracles, then the last two weeks of the month reading through the first book of the Bible (Genesis) with the assistance of Joeseph Maling.
